Gillian Charlton FdSc, Cert DIP, MBACP

Gillian is an experienced qualified counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She works ethically within the framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, of which she is a fully registered member.

Gillian is passionate about mental health and has over ten years experience working within a counselling setting. Gillian has experience working with a wide range of presenting issues, including low self-esteem; depression; self-harm and suicidal ideation; stress & anxiety; sexual trauma including rape and historic sexual abuse; PTSD; strong feelings of guilt, shame and anger; work or school related issues and bereavement. Her client group include adults, and children and young people.
