About me:

I am highly qualified and experienced person centred counsellor based on the Wirral. I have a great deal of experience working with rape crisis and bereavement services, therefore helping survivors and family members affected by historic and recent sexual abuse and bereavement to relieve mental and physical distress which include:

I have also worked couples after infidelity or breakdown of the relationship both heterosexual and same-sex couples.

I offer a professional, confidential, safe service of respectful, empathic counselling for clients to explore and understand their own insights and perspectives of experiences and issues, to enable them to resolve difficult feelings and subsequent behaviours.

I offer local face to face appointments as well as video call appointments.

  • BACP Certificate of Proficiency
